Shipping Policy

We offer shipping services for all our products, including Smart Watches, AirPods, Watch Straps, Power Banks and adapters, throughout Pakistan.

Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer, including the tracking number and instructions on how to track the package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, including but not limited to weather, accidents, or incorrect shipping information. If there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We are also unable to ship to certain remote areas in Pakistan. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your area, please contact us prior to placing your order.
