Refund Policy

Our refund policy is only applicable when you send an unboxing video of a damaged product at the time of unboxing. If you receive a damaged product, please take an unboxing video and email it to us at [rjtech6612@g,mail.com] within 24 hours of receiving the product.

If you wish to return a product, it must be in the same condition as you received it. This means that the product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must also include all accessories and documentation that were originally included with the product.

If the product meets these conditions, please email us at [rjtech6612@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.

Please note that shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets our refund policy conditions, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. Please note that the refund amount will not include any shipping costs.
